It is the number of screens that can stream at the same time on one account. With a single connection you can install your credentials on the TV, phone and tablet, but only one plays at a time. If your household watches different channels simultaneously, choose 2, 3 or 4 connections.

Neither. There is no minimum term and no auto-renewal, when your plan ends it simply expires. If you want to continue you message us and we renew manually. We never store your card or take recurring payments.

If the service does not perform properly on your connection within the first seven days and we cannot fix it, you get a full refund. We do ask for the chance to troubleshoot first, since most issues turn out to be app configuration and are resolved in minutes.
