The terms governing use of the IPTV Fiesta Pro service. Taking out a subscription means accepting what is set out on this page.
What service are you buying?
IPTV Fiesta Pro provides access to an internet television service through personal credentials (server URL, username and password). A subscription entitles you to stream content on the number of simultaneous connections covered by your plan.
We do not supply hardware or install equipment. You provide your own device and internet connection.
What are your obligations as a customer?
Credentials are personal and non-transferable. Sharing them publicly or reselling them without authorisation results in immediate cancellation with no refund.
You are responsible for having an adequate internet connection and for configuring your device correctly. We provide free setup assistance, but cannot guarantee the performance of a home network we do not control.
How do term and renewal work?
Subscriptions run for the term purchased (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and do not auto-renew. We do not store card details and take no recurring payments.
Access stops at the end of the period. Continuing requires manually purchasing a new term.
What happens if the service is interrupted?
We target 99.9% availability, though no internet service can guarantee absolute uptime. Where a prolonged outage is attributable to our infrastructure, we compensate by extending your subscription period.
We accept no liability for interruptions caused by your ISP, your equipment, or events outside our reasonable control.
How are these terms changed?
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or to applicable law. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date.
