What data do we collect?

Only what is necessary to run the service: the contact detail you give us (WhatsApp number, Telegram username or email address) and technical data tied to your line, such as the device in use and active connections.

We neither request nor store bank card details. Payments are handled by external providers who manage that information directly.

What do we use your data for?

To activate and maintain your subscription, provide technical support, and notify you of incidents or expiry. We do not use your data for advertising and do not sell it to third parties.

Technical connection data is used to detect credential sharing and to size our infrastructure appropriately.

How long do we keep it?

Contact details are kept while your subscription is active and for the period legally required to meet tax and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted.

Technical connection logs are retained only briefly, for as long as needed to diagnose faults.

What are your rights?

You may request access to, rectification of, erasure of, restriction of or objection to the processing of your data, as well as data portability, under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
